Dr. Jacqui Leaman Grey
COFOUNDER
Jacqui is a thought leader on gender and resilience. Now a Portfolio NED/Trustee and previously FVP Merrill Lynch she has designed and developed innovative leadership programmes in FTSE 100 companies, specialising in Resilience, Inclusion and Gender, and Authenticity and storytelling. She has a doctorate in Executive Anxiety and a Masters in Top Team development. Having built 2 small consulting businesses herself, still trading today, she built the NeuroLeadership Institute in EMEA from scratch, to generating £multi million contracts across 8 European countries in 6 years, building the team and training her successors along the way.
Previously a Board Member of ‘Opportunity Now’, she helped found a women’s network for the top 2% of women in business in the UK. She presents regularly at Global Public and Client business conferences and is a published author.
Georgina Gorman
COFOUNDER
Georgina has a background in psychology, innovation and project management. She solidified her passion for improving leadership during her time at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where she had the privilege of leading clients through their behaviour change journeys, unearthing their goals and challenges, and advising on best practice. Growing the Delivery team in EMEA from the ground up, she was responsible for all corporate engagements delivered by the region. She has managed and provided thought leadership on over 300 projects; from individual keynotes to large, digital programs reaching thousands in all corners of the globe.
Passionate about gender equality, she has supported clients to create inclusion and remove unconscious bias on a personal and systemic level. Reaching an obvious ‘glass ceiling’ in her own career was the catalyst for change, and that spark grew into FeForte.
